New in SyriaFor private nurseries and schools

An AI assistant that answers parents on your school's WhatsApp, day and night.

She tells parents which class their child belongs in by date of birth and your school's rule, quotes fees only from your data, books a provisional visit and opens an application for each child. You decide admission, and the parents get the news on WhatsApp by itself.

AI assistant · new in Syria

A mum asked at 11 pm about two children? She got each one's class, and the visit is waiting for your confirmation.

She answers on the school's own WhatsApp number, from what you write: classes, fees, seats, the age rule and visiting hours. You see every word, and you step in whenever you like.

In the demo school the assistant is called “Hala”, and you can name her whatever you like.

  1. She answers at night tooParents ask after the kids are in bed. Whoever gets no answer asks the next school.
  2. The class by date of birthShe works out the child's age on your cut-off day (say 31/12) and says which class. Never from her own head.
  3. Fees from your dataYearly fee, instalments, registration fee, uniform, books and bus, exactly as you wrote them.
  4. Seats from the systemShe never says “there's room” unless there is a seat. A full class, she says so honestly.
  5. Two children, one chatEach child gets their own class and fee, and their own application, with one visit for the family.
  6. Provisional visitsInside the visiting hours you set, and she tells parents “the office will confirm”. Confirming is yours.
  7. No promised admissionAdmission, discounts and age exceptions are the school's decision. A sibling discount only if you wrote one.
  8. Safety, health, bullying? She hands the chat to you at once with a kind word to the parents, and a WhatsApp alert.
  9. Special needs or a complaintNo opinions, no advice. She reassures the parents that the office will reply, and the chat comes to you.
  10. Children's privacyShe never talks about another child or family, not even “yes, she's with us”.
  11. She understands voice notesA mum sends a voice note; she understands it and replies.
  12. Take over any timeWrite from the app or your phone and she goes quiet with that family. Before switching her on, test her as if you were a parent.
From the demo school

“My son is being bullied at his school”? This is not a sale.

Anything about a child's safety or health, bullying, special needs, or a complaint about a teacher: the assistant doesn't decide for you. This is what she does:

  1. She says a kind word and that the office will talk to them now, and promises nothing.
  2. The chat is marked “Needs your reply”, and you get a WhatsApp alert.
  3. You tap “Take over” and carry on yourself, then “Done, resolved”.

From the first question to the first day of school

Every child is an application, and every application moves on until “Enrolled”.

The “Admissions” page holds every application by status, with the next two weeks of visits beside it: who's waiting for a visit, who's under review, who's accepted, who enrolled, and who's on the waiting list.

Age rule & seats

Your age rule, and no seat sold twice.

Set the cut-off day (say 31/12) and the age each class starts at, then try any date of birth to see which class it gives. It's the same calculation the assistant does for parents. Each class has a bar that shows how many seats are taken and how many are left.

School year and age rule: applications for 2027-2028, cut-off day 31/12/2027, the sibling discount, and “Try it: which class?” where a child born 14/3/2022 comes out in KG2 The age rule in dark mode
Automatic messages

From the first question to the first day of school, the messages go out by themselves.

With the parent's name and your school's name, at the right time, and only once. You don't write any of them, and you can edit the follow-ups as you like. (Parents receive them in Arabic.)

Questions

Questions from nursery and school owners

Another question? Ask Sham on WhatsApp, she replies in seconds.

01Do I need to be good with technology?
No. The Muhkam team opens your account, you link the school's WhatsApp from your phone with a code or a QR, and you write your classes and fees. You can also send Sham a photo of your fees list and she fills it in for you. If you get stuck, Sham or the team help you step by step.
02Does the assistant admit children by herself?
No. She opens an “application” and books a “provisional visit”, and tells parents clearly that the office decides after the visit. You confirm the visit and decide: accepted, enrolled, waiting list, or not accepted. The acceptance, enrollment or waiting-list note reaches the parents on WhatsApp, once.
03How does she know which class a child belongs in?
From your school's rule: you set the cut-off day (for example 31/12 of the year the school year starts) and the age each class starts at. She asks for the full date of birth and works out the child's age on that day, so she gets the same result you would. You can try any date of birth on the “Classes & fees” page.
04What happens when a class is full?
The assistant reads the seats from the system, so she tells parents honestly that the class is full or waiting-list only, and opens the application if they like. No child can become “Enrolled” beyond the number of seats: the system refuses, and you add seats if you decide to.
05What if parents talk about health or bullying, or complain?
Anything about a child's safety, health or medication, bullying, special needs, or a complaint about a teacher or the school: she says a kind word and hands the chat to you at once. It's marked “Needs your reply” and you get a WhatsApp alert. She never gives opinions or advice on these.
06Does she talk about discounts?
Only the discount you wrote, like a sibling discount, word for word. Any other discount, scholarship or instalment request goes to you. And she never promises admission or an exception to the age rule.
07Can I reply myself any time?
Of course. Take over any chat any time, from the app or straight from your phone, and the assistant goes quiet with that family. When you're done, hand it back in one tap.
08How do I start, and how do I pay?
Talk to Sham on WhatsApp and she opens a real account for you, first 14 days free. After that, payment is monthly and direct with the Muhkam team: $50 a month with the AI assistant, and $10 for each extra number. Before that you can look around the demo school and see how everything works.
09Does it work on a weak connection?
Yes. The app is light and built for slow internet. Messages and replies are sent from our side as a linked WhatsApp device, so they go out even if your phone is off or your connection is weak. Just let your phone go online every few days, because WhatsApp unlinks devices when the phone has been away too long.
